Lai Sun applies to relax building height limit for Kotewall Road project 

Lai Sun Development (0488) has submitted an application to the Town Planning Board to relax the building height restriction for its Kotewall Road project in Mid-Levels by 18.7 percent, raising it from 190 meters to 225.5 meters. 

Spanning a site area of about 18,025 square feet, the project will be developed at a plot ratio of around 5. It will offer 46 units with an average size of about 1,959 sq ft, translating to a total gross floor area of roughly 90,127 sq ft.
