Pavilia Farm III offers 892 units in its new sales brochure on Monday

The Pavilia Farm III in Tai Wai, co-developed by New World Development (0017) and MTR Corporation (0066), has updated its sales brochure on Monday, offering 892 units.

The project received a certificate for compliance from the Land Department on Monday since it underwent remedial works in 2021, together with Phase III, following structural concrete strength issues identified in 2021.

The units are of one- to four-bedroom layouts, spanning 285 to 1,695 square feet, with mainly three- and four-bedroom units. 

The new batch currently remains 500 units, and the developer plans to sell them in the first half of this year.

The developer said one of the four-bedroom units, spanning 1,207 sq ft, in Phase II made the highest record sold in its price per sq ft among the first-hand residential properties in the New Territories, costing HK$38,773.
