Over half potential buyers at Chinachem's Zendo House eye multiple purchases

Chinachem's Tsim Sha Tsui project Zendo House saw more than half of prospective buyers plan to purchase two or more units, said Helen Fung, Chinachem's sales and marketing director.

It will put 160 units up for sale on Saturday, and the registration will close on Thursday night.

Besides, 4 platform units will be sold by tender on Sunday.
