Deep Water South in Wong Chuk Hang, co-developed by Wheelock Properties and MTR Corporation (0066), will unveil the sales brochure for Phase 6A as early as Thursday, Wheelock Properties said on Wednesday.
The Phase 6A, which offers 463 units, featuring one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, will be offered for sale with a price list, said the developer.
The show flats of Phase 6B will open to VIPs for priority viewing on Thursday evening, with public viewing available by appointment starting from this weekend, said Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, vice chairman and managing director of Wheelock Properties.
The Wheelock Properties mentioned that it still plans to sell the three-bedroom and four-bedroom units in Phase 6B of the project by tender.
While the budget plan announced to increase the rates of stamp duty on residential property transactions valued about HK$100 million to 6.5 percent on Wednesday, Wong noted that property transactions exceeding HK$100 million account for a small proportion of the total residential transaction volume.
He added that given that buyers of such properties possess considerable financial strength, it is believed that the impact remains minimal.
