Easyknit International names its Kennedy Town project Kennedy Bay

Easyknit International (1218) has named its new residential project of 125 units "Kennedy Bay" on Monday, situated on Davis Street in Kennedy Town, and will upload the sales brochure on the same day.

The project is expected to finish on June 1, comprising around 80 percent one-bedroom units, the rest two-bedroom units, and special units, ranging from 247 to 1,063 square feet. 

Easyknit International's chief executive Candy Koon Ho-yan said they will reveal the transaction price within one to two weeks and plan to start selling the first batch, consisting of 50 to 60 units, as early as March. The pricing will also reference first-hand properties in the same area and harbor view properties on Hong Kong Island.
