Deep Water South Phase 6B, the joint development between Wheelock Properties and MTR Corporation (0066) on top of Wong Chuk Hang Station in Aberdeen, has uploaded the building brochure on Thursday, providing 154 units, and will be sold by tender after the Lunar New Year.
Wheelock Properties vice chairman and managing director Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu said they have received 4,000 inquiries on the project. The project includes 90 three-bedroom units, 58 four-bedroom units, and 6 special units, ranging from 837 to 1,696 square feet.
He added that they are planning to open show flats for prospective buyers after the Lunar New Year and sell at least 31 units on tender as the first batch.
