Central Residence by The Park sells one unit for $44m

Central Residence by The Park, co-developed by Pacific Century Premium Developments (0432) and CSI Properties (0497) in Mid-Levels Central, sold one unit for HK$44 million on Friday.

The three-bedroom unit measures 1,029 square feet, priced at HK$42,845 per sq ft.

The project has recorded 6 sales to date, cashing in nearly HK$300 million.

As sales momentum continues, PCPD will put units on the market at the proper time to cater to strong demand, said Cello Chan, sales and marketing director at PCPD.
