Henderson Land launches Wan Chai woodis, cheapest unit at $7.05 million

Henderson Land Development's (0012) Wan Chai project woodis has released its first price list offering 50 flats priced starting from HK$7.05 million after discounts.

The first batch comprises 38 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 343 to 598 square feet.

The cheapest flat by sq ft costs HK$20,389 per sq ft after discounts.

Mark Hahn Ka-fai, the general manager of sales, said the pricing strategy includes discounts  of up to 5 percent compared to competing projects in the market, describing them as “favorable” for potential buyers.

He revealed the show flats could be opened on Thursday at the earliest, with the sales expected to begin next week.
