Wheelock Properties' sales exceed 1,000 homes in 2025

Wheelock Properties' sales this year have surpassed 1,000 residential units, generating close to HK$13 billion as market sentiment has driven demand, the developer said.

Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, managing director of Wheelock Properties, attributed the performance to the company capitalizing on favorable government budget measures and the wealth effect from the stock market, and said he expects sales for the year 2025 to reach new heights.

Its Lohas Park O’East Seasons series in Tseung Kwan O has sold 323 units, generating more than HK$1.99 billion and maintaining its momentum as the top-selling new development last year.

In Kai Tak, the developer's Park Peninsula series sold 458 units, raising over HK$7.17 billion.

Wong added that the company is preparing new projects, including the W Bespoke Collection’s residential development Spring Garden in Wan Chai and completed units from the Seasons series at Lohas Park, which will be launched according to market conditions.
