The Development Studio – owned by ex-Swire Properties (1972) chairman Keith Kerr – released its first price list for 33 Kennedy Road in Wan Chai, offering 30 flats priced from HK$8.28 million.
Kerr said the price refers to similar projects in the same district, calling it reasonable.
The price list includes one- to three-bedroom layouts, with sizes ranging from 360 to 1,033 square feet.
Its cheapest home also offers the lowest price per sq ft, at HK$23,000. On the opposite end, the project's most expensive unit costs more than HK$35 million.
Interestingly, no discounts are being offered – a rare move in the property market.
The project has recorded around 3,000 groups of visitors since it launched the show flats, according to TDS.
