The Hong Kong Trade Development Council is set to host four major exhibitions this month.

They will feature about 6,200 exhibitors from 29 countries and regions, which assistant executive director Jenny Koo Jing-man said is comparable to last year.
The council has organized 190 buyer groups from 70 countries and regions.
"The exhibitions reinforce Hong Kong's status as a leading international hub for innovation and technology," Koo said.
The Electronics Fair, themed "The World's Leading Electronic Marketplace," will feature a wide range of consumer electronics, including smart products and appliances for both home and commercial use, audiovisual equipment and the latest technological solutions.This year, it is also focusing on the silver economy, showcasing fitness and health products tailored to seniors.
Meanwhile, electronicAsia will highlight components such as keyboards, switches, power supplies, printed circuit boards, manufacturing services, display technology and testing and inspection equipment.The Lighting Fair and the Outdoor and Tech Light Expo will present innovative products while emphasizing key trends in sustainable development, healthy living and cutting-edge designs.
Electronics Fair and electronicAsia will take place from October 13 to 16 at the Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Lighting Fair runs from October 27 to 30 at the HKCEC while the Outdoor and Tech Light Expo is from October 29 to November 1 at AsiaWorld-Expo.
