Yawning pandas spark fuzzy feelings

Like mother, like daughter -- Ocean Park giant panda Ying Ying and her female cub warmed the hearts of thousands of viewers who watched them yawn together in a video released by the park yesterday.

In a 30-second video clip posted on Instagram yesterday, Ying Ying was lying with her female panda baby, now over one month old, and the two were seen yawning together.

The cute scene drew over 69,000 views and garnered more than 7,000 likes just two hours after the park posted the video, with online users amazed by the tacit understanding between the panda mother and daughter. "Baby panda you are so sweet to sleep with your mom and yawn together," one comment read.

The park also shared the current weights of the growing panda twins in the post, with the male cub weighing over 1.4 kilograms and the female weighing over 1.6 kilograms.
