The new kiosk offers 70 services from 14 government bureaus, departments and related organisations, covering frequently used areas for individuals and companies.
These include taxation, company registration, property and vehicle enquiries and registrations, personal identification documents, talent admission applications, welfare and education, healthcare, immigration clearance, urgent assistance, culture and tourism, and voter registration.
Located at the Macao Government Services Centre, the kiosk operates weekdays from 9am to noon and 1pm to 6pm.
Meanwhile, an "iAM Smart" self-registration kiosk has also been set up at the Services Centre to enable Hong Kong residents working and living in Macao to register for "iAM Smart+".
This platform provides over 1,300 online services, including eMPF registration, vehicle license renewal, applications for International Driving Permits, and eHealth registration.
With this addition, Hong Kong's Cross-boundary Public Services self-service kiosks and "iAM Smart" registration kiosks now cover all nine mainland Greater Bay Area cities plus Macao.
The DPO pledges to continue enhancing the services to meet the demands of residents and enterprises in the GBA for access to Hong Kong's public services.
