Education and Careers Expo opens in Wan Chai

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council’s four-day Education and Careers Expo has commenced at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center in Wanchai, presenting 4,000 career opportunities for job-seekers.

The exhibition, which will last until January 19, attracted some 820 organizations from 22 countries, providing visitors with crucial information for educational endeavors and career building. 

An exhibitor representing an insurance company said their booth offers zodiac sign analysis to job-seekers to give them a captivating glimpse into their personality traits, as well as provide them with career information.

He hoped more young people would be attracted to join the industry, with a target of recruiting 3 to 5 individuals throughout the exhibition.

The exhibition also housed exhibitors such as the German Consulate General Hong Kong, where representatives and alumni from the country's top institutions can answer questions related to studying abroad.
