A 43-year-old male patient has gone missing after leaving United Christian Hospital on Saturday (Oct 14).
The patient was sent to the hospital's accident and emergency department by ambulance at 3.15 pm yesterday.
The man left the hospital without notification after consultation and is pending further assessment.
Security guards were deployed to search for the patient within the hospital and the surrounding areas but did not manage to find him.
After checking CCTV footage, it was confirmed that the man left the hospital at about 5.30 pm. The hospital requested police help and contacted the family of the patient.
The patient is around 1.7 meters tall with short black hair. He wore a green and white short-sleeved top, black shorts, and white shoes when he left the hospital.
Public members are urged to call the hospital or the police if they find him.
