A Hong Kong woman has shared an astonishing photo of her rice cooker after it was left unwashed for half a month.
In a Facebook post, the netizen said she had used the rice cooker half a month ago but forgot to wash the rice remaining there.
She had planned to eat the leftover later, but ended up forgetting about it and ordered food delivery every day.
She did not use the rice cooker again until recently, and found that it was filled with mold.
Instead of getting frustrated with the cleaning nightmare, she joked that it looked like art piece: "Those who know how to appreciate it must have good art taste."
Fellow netizens said the mold looked like cotton candy, or even Niagara Falls.
"When I saw the picture and not the text, I thought the post was about teaching people to make cotton candy with rice cooker," a netizen said.
"Looks like something in fairy tale! I would think you added dry ice into the cooker if you didn't say what's in it," another added.
Others reminded the woman not to leave rice in the rice cooker next time, but to put it in the refrigerator.
