Yesterday, the 32nd anniversary of the June 4 Tiananmen Square crackdown, Chow alongside a 20-year-old delivery man were arrested for participating or advertising unauthorized assemblies.
Chow was granted a HK$10,000 cash bail and left Tsuen Wan Police Station. She will have to report to the police on July 5 at 8pm.
She said the police arrested her without any proof and aimed to stop her from heading to Victoria Park.
The arrest was also set to intimidate others and stop them from showing up near the park, lighting up any candles or performing any action to commemorate the June 4 incident, according to Chow.
She added she fasted for 24 hours to commemorate the crackdown while in custody and had some food this morning.
Chow criticized the police trying to incriminate her for her speeches, after officers cited words that she had written on social media or said in interviews. They also visited the apartment where Chow lives with her parents, she said.

Tonyee Chow left Tsuen Wan Police Station in the afternoon.
