Cosmetics retailer Sa Sa said today it has suspended operations at 20 stores in Hong Kong and Macau as well as a La Colline speiciaty store due to the Wuhan coronavirus situation.

A store at the Chelsea Heights in Tuen Mun will be suspended from February 17 until further notice.
Sa Sa said the decision is to protect the safety of employees and customers and that it has also considered the decline in consumer demand.
Meanwhile, two jewelry retailers have also suspended operations at some of its stores in Hong Kong and Macau.
Chow Tai Fook said 40 stores have been temporarily closed while opening hours of other stores have been shortened until further notice.
Tse Sui Luen said 15 stores remain opened and that cleaning and sanitizing will be conducted every half an hour.
