Vanke HK's Le Mont project launches the first tower "One Le Mont"

Vanke Hong Kong's Le Mont project in Tai Po is set to launch the first tower, "One Le Mont", offering 173 units.

The units range in size from 270 to 797 square feet, offering a variety of layouts from one to three bedroom, primarily focusing on two-bedroom units. The price list and sales arrangements are expected to be announced as early as Tuesday.

Chow Ming-hei, managing director of Vanke Hong Kong, said that Le Mont has sold a total of 1,079 units across its three phases, generating over HK$4.96 billion. 

The company anticipates applying for occupancy permits within the year.
