Hang Seng Index rises above 26,000 points at the open on confirmed Trump-Xi meeting

The Hang Seng Index rose by 209 points, or 0.81 percent, to 26,177 points at the open on confirmed Trump-Xi meeting.

The Hang Seng Tech Index increased by 1.36 percent to around 6,032 points.
