The developer said the private car spaces are priced between HK$880,000 and HK$1.28 million, while bundled pairs are available for HK$1.8 million. Motorcycle spaces are priced at HK$200,000 each.
A company spokesperson said that owners of Phases 10 and 11, as well as existing users under the Phase 10 car park concession agreement, will be given priority in the purchase.
Applications will close at noon on October 30, with a ballot to be announced at 11 am the following day. Successful applicants can select parking spaces on November 1, while sales may open to the public starting November 3, the company said.
The spokesperson said the pricing reflected market conditions and interest, adding that the sale is part of the company’s strategy to divest non-core assets and reinvest in key projects.
