American steakhouse Henry at Rosewood celebrates Thanksgiving with a special menu available only on the night of November 23. Expect to find all the classics, such as smoked prime rib (HK$998) and, of course, herb-roasted turkey (HK$658), a confit turkey leg with cranberry relish, cornbread stuffing and turkey gravy.
If you prefer a sit-down set, Flint at JW Marriott offers a four-course lunch or dinner (HK$980) on November 23. Choices for the mains are a rosemary apple brined turkey with beef wellington or steamed Boston lobster tail with squid ink risotto.
Madame Fu spices up the celebrations with an unusual five-spiced turkey, slow-roasted in a traditional Chinese barbecue oven for over 12 hours. The meat is so tender and succulent you can tear into it with your hands. Available for both dine-in and takeaway, it can be ordered as a half (HK$988) or whole turkey with Brussels sprouts (HK$1,900).
Take the Asian touch further with MamAmis, which is serving up Thanksgiving Vietnamese dishes. The roasted turkey banh mi (HK$128) is filled with turkey and chicken liver pate finished with sriracha cranberry aioli while the roasted turkey pho (HK$138) uses turkey in place of chicken for the classic rice noodle soup.
Enjoy Thanksgiving in the comfort of you home with Woolly Pig's famous takeaway turkey meal, back by popular demand for the seventh year in a row. Available from tomorrow to November 25, the set (HK$2,800) serves between eight to 10 and features a brined and smoked US Norbest Ranch turkey.
End the meal with a traditional treat. Dang Wen Li by Dominique Ansel is offering three limited holiday pies for Thanksgiving: the new braised chicken pot pie (HK$268), caramelized pecan pie (HK$298) with a hint of bourbon, and salted caramel apple pie (HK$268) made with juicy Fuji apples.
The holiday pies can be purchased at all Dang Wen Li shops from now until November 23. Starting from November 24 until January 2, only online preorders will be available.
