To celebrate its 15th anniversary, Hong Kong Disneyland is bringing out special menus at restaurants across its park and hotels.

Crystal Lotus at the Disneyland Hotel will be offering an eight-course set menu (HK$1,500 for two) with wine pairing options (HK$300 per person) to showcase its signature dishes from the past 15 years.
As the name suggests, the Twin Fish Dumplings in Lotus Pond are two goldfishes in a green pond.
Though it may feel cruel to sink your teeth into the cute fish, the garoupa and prawn filling will justify your decision. Extraordinary in both looks and taste, it is no wonder that the dish was awarded a gold with distinction in the dim sum category for the Hong Kong Tourism Board's 2009 The Best of the Best Culinary Awards.
Other award-winning dishes include the braised deboned short rib in spicy Sichuan sauce - which won gold in the beef category of the same award - and the deep-fried lobster with cheese and mango puff, which took home the 2014 Gourmet Master Chefs gold award in the dim sum category.
What would a Disney meal be without some Mickey magic?
World of Color at the Disney Explorers Lodge is presenting a 15th Anniversary Winner Dish set dinner (HK$388) that begins with a Mickey-shaped crabmeat ginger cream on shrimp carpaccio and ends with a crunchy chocolate cake with fig, topped with Tinkerbell's sprinkling of fairy dust.
Food festivities are nothing new for the world where dreams come true though.
In addition to the lobster-themed food fiesta earlier this year, the park marks the upcoming opening of the Castle of Magical Dreams with four princess-themed desserts (HK$45 each) at its outdoor vending carts.
The Insta-worthy cakes each represent a different princess - easily guessable by looking at their corresponding colors and iconic symbols.
Snow White's is the the fairest of them all and is yellow in color, just like her skirt, with an edible apple on top. Concealed in the vanilla mousse is a tangy caramel apple filling, taking us back to the scenes of poisonous apples and evil stepmothers.
Aurora's dessert, on the other hand, is pink - just like her fairy godmother Flora would like her dress to be. The zesty lemon cake inside contrasts the sweet coating, waking you up the way sleeping beauty was awakened by a kiss from her true love.
Want to bring the celebration home?
Don't forget to pick up the edible gold-dusted 15th Anniversary Mickey Statue (HK$80) at the Disney Explorers Lodge's Dream Outlook shop after enjoying your delicious meal or staycation.
