Xiaomi's (1810) first luxury electric SUV, the YU7, made its debut appearance in Hong Kong on Thursday, exclusively for a single day.
The display model was the YU7 Max version in an emerald green exterior. The model offers eight other body colors and four interior options.
Xiaomi highlighted that the YU7 has successfully captured the family user market, with female users now accounting for 34.9 percent of its customer base.
The YU7 is available in three variants in mainland China, starting at 253,500 yuan (HK$277,064). The Max version accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.23 seconds, while the standard version offers a CLTC range of 835 km.
However, Xiaomi plans to begin its global expansion in 2027, with Europe being the first market considered.
