In Hong Kong, the 23-minute pyrotechnic spectacle featured 31,888 fireworks incorporating horse elements and auspicious symbols, including horseshoe patterns and "HKJC" and "WIN" characters. The show aimed to create the atmosphere of a thrilling race and welcome the Year of the Horse with the momentum of "ten thousand horses galloping forward."

Before the display, Club Chairman Martin Liao Cheung-kong appeared at a ceremony at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre alongside Chief Executive John Lee.
Lee noted in his address that this year marks the start of the national 15th Five-Year Plan. "Hong Kong will gallop without rest, reform and strive for progress, proactively align with the 15th Five-Year Plan, actively integrate into national development, and continue to leverage our unique advantages under 'one country, two systems' of backing by the motherland and connecting to the world," he said, thanking the Club for sponsoring the event.
Liao emphasized the Year of the Horse holds special meaning for the Jockey Club. He highlighted the Club's commitment to building a better society through world-class racing and equestrian sports, while assisting the government in combating illegal gambling and contributing through employment, taxes, and charity.
In Conghua, the Club exclusively supported the drone light shows on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, featuring 1,200 drones creating aerial displays synchronized with fireworks and incorporating Hong Kong racing elements.
A major highlight this year will be the commencement of regular world-class racing at the Conghua Racecourse from October, marking a new milestone in supporting the equine industry's development in the Greater Bay Area and the nation.
