Central Residence by The Park releases two more units for tender on Saturday

Central Residence by The Park, co-developed by Pacific Century Premium Developments (0432) and CSI Properties (0497) in Mid-Levels Central, will release two three-bedroom 1,029-square-foot units by tender this Saturday. 

Chan added, within just two weeks of launch, seven units have been sold, generating more than HK$320 million in proceeds. Prices of subsequent units are expected to increase by 3 percent to 5 percent.
