New World's Pavilia Rosa in Kowloon Tong to offer about 100 units on Monday

New World Development (0017) named its low-rise luxury residential project on Rose Street in Kowloon Tong "Pavilia Rosa" on Monday, with about 100 units to be sold by tender.

The project mainly comprises three- and four-bedroom homes, with a small number of special units. 

Cannas Ho Ka-yan, director of sales and marketing at NWD said the show flats and the sales brochure will be ready soon, and the project is expected to be launched as early as the first quarter. 

As around 100 first-hand transactions priced above HK$30 million were recorded last month, Ho believed that the project would receive a warm response from the market.

NWD sold more than 2,200 new units last year, generating over HK$34.8 million including car parking spaces, marking a five-year high, she added.

She noted that the company also plans to launch a related project in Jordan in the first quarter, while the Pavilia Farm III in Tai Wai, co-developed by NWD and MTR Corporation (0066), is also set to be put on the market soon. 

It's expected to be completed in November next year, the developer said.
