Kerry Properties (0683) has sold the final villa at its ultra-luxury Mont Verra development in Kowloon Tong for HK$1 billion, marking the most expensive new home sale in the city so far this year.
The unit, Villa C, spans 11,692 square feet of saleable area and features five ensuite bedrooms and five maid’s rooms. The residence also includes a private 15,043-square-foot garden and a garage with two parking spaces. The sale translates to a record-breaking HK$85,529 per square foot.
All villas at Mont Verra are now sold. The project has fetched over HK$11.5 billion from 37 transactions, with an average unit price of around HK$60,000 per square foot.
