CTF LIFE insurance to go on A hiring spree

FTLife Insurance, which changed its name to Chow Tai Fook Life Insurance, plans to boost the number of its agents to between 2,500 and 3,000.

The name change is intended to strengthen ties between CTF Life Insurance and its parent company Chow Tai Fook Enterprises, taking advantage of Chow Tai Fook's reputation and brand in the mainland to attract more customers there, executive Ip Man-kit said.

The life insurance company has been established for nearly 40 years in Hong Kong and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NWS Holdings (0659).

CTF Life Insurance announced its plan to change its name on April 29, without affecting its model of collaborating with business partners or its day-to-day management and operation of existing policies.
