Two show flats for the first phase of a mega residential development in Tuen Mun have opened for public viewing.
Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016), Novo Land is being built in six phases and will offer a total of 4,585 flats.
The decorated and standard units on show are for Phase 1A, which provides 824 flats across two towers.
The furnished unit - representing flat A1 on the 18th floor of Block 2 - measures 701 square feet and comes with three bedrooms.
The flat's interiors are inspired by "Nordic light" and incorporates furniture in warm colors, stylish metal art decoration, marble, glass and natural light to create a warm and bright space, while a low-emissivity insulating glass curtain wall helps maintain comfortable temperatures within the unit.
The rectangular living room is 5.62 meters long and 2.7 meters wide, spacious enough to accommodate a variety of furniture.
A floor-to-ceiling glass sliding door connects the living room to a 26-sq-ft balcony, while enhancing indoor light.
An ivory white suede sofa with an irregular patterned beige carpet and a coral pink marble coffee table creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
The dining area features a coral pink marble dining table for six paired with rust-brown dining chairs and rose gold tableware.
Next to the dining area is a spacious fitted kitchen with a window that lets in natural light and keeps the room airy. Beige marble worktops are embellished with artistic decorations and flowers and high-quality kitchen cabinets offer ample storage space.
The three bedrooms are arranged alongside each other and share the same scenic views.
The partition between one of the bedrooms and the living room has been removed to make the area more spacious. Designed with a glass wall, the room accommodates a geometric patterned chaise longue and large cabinet display racks for art decorations and books.
The master bedroom is located at the end of the corridor for extra privacy and has a 16-sq-ft balcony or utility space. One side of the wall is decorated with artwork and the other is designed as a feature wall.
A tall display cabinet is placed next to the double bed to provide ample storage space.
The other show flat is a standard unit which also measures 701 sq ft and has three bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to a 26-sq-ft balcony, and a 16-sq-ft balcony for the master bedroom.
