Hong Kong shares reverse early gains to fall at noon

Hong Kong stocks reversed all the gains and inched down by midday break on Thursday,

The benchmark Hang Seng Index fell 4 points, or 0.02 percent, to 25,647 points.

The Hang Seng Tech Index went down 0.24 percent to 4,862 points.

In the mainland, the Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index was flat at 4,162 points, while the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Component Index rose 0.59 percent to 15,662 points at the midday close.
