Hang Seng Index muted in early trading on Monday

The Hang Seng Index was muted in the early morning trading session on Monday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index edged up 7 points to 25,473 points. 

The Hang Seng Tech Index was also flat at around 4,984 points.
