The Development Studio, owned by former Swire Properties (1972) chairman Keith Kerr, has sold about 70 percent of the first 30 units launched at its 33 Kennedy Road project in Wan Chai, with prices starting at HK$8.28 million.
The project has sold 21 flats as of 3 pm on Sunday.
The flats are priced from HK$8.28 million to HK$35 million, or HK$23,000 to HK$33,952 per square foot.
The price list offers 30 flats, including 10 one-bedroom units with a size of 360 sq ft, while 10 homes with two bedrooms offer a size of 663 sq ft, and 10 flats with three bedrooms provide 1,033 sq ft.
Its cheapest home currently is a one-bedroom unit located on the 6th floor, measuring 360 sq ft.
