Link REIT mulls Singapore listing for non-China, HK properties, Bloomberg says

Link Real Estate Investment Trust (0823) is reportedly considering spinning off some of its property investments outside of China and Hong Kong for a separate listing in Singapore, according to a report by Bloomberg News.

Link REIT has engaged advisors for preliminary discussions regarding a potential initial public offering in the city state, the report said. The deliberations are still in the early stages and the company may decide not to proceed, it added.

The company declined to comment on the report to Bloomberg.
