China LNG sells gas seller's stake to Sinopec

China LNG (0931) announced it will sell 50 percent equity of Shijiazhuang Sheng Ran Gas Trading to Sinopec (0386) for 23 million yuan (HK$27.52 million).

Shijiazhuang Sheng Ran Gas Trading is involved in LNG logistic services and sales of LNG in the mainland. On completion, it is estimated that China LNG will record a loss of about HK$2.90 million.
