Type 99A Main Battle Tank
Type 99A represents China's most advanced main battle tank in active service. Weighing 58 tons with dimensions of 7.6 meters long, 3.5 meters wide, and 2.37 meters high, this three-crew tank operates within an 800-kilometer range at speeds up to 80 km/h. Its improved composite armor provides three-layer protection while advanced targeting systems and automatic loaders enable rapid engagement of helicopters and armored targets.

DF-17 Hypersonic Missile
This breakthrough hypersonic weapon system operates at Mach 5 (approximately 6,125 km/h) with a range between 1,800-2,500 km. The DF-17's distinctive flat triangular cone warhead and short wings allow unprecedented maneuverability during flight, enabling target redirection and penetration of missile defense systems. First publicly displayed in 2019, it remains capable of all-weather precision strikes without relying on external guidance systems.
YJ-21 Anti-Ship Ballistic Missile
Dubbed the "carrier killer," this advanced hypersonic anti-ship missile reaches Mach 6 during cruise phase and accelerates to Mach 10 in terminal attack phase. Initially revealed through 2022 footage showing launch from Type 055 destroyers, its combination of range, speed, and precision is considered currently unstoppable by existing anti-missile systems, making it particularly effective against naval carrier groups.
