Drunk driver slams into minibus in Kwai Chung, injuring seven

A sedan driver was arrested for drunk driving following a collision with a minibus in Kwai Chung on Tuesday afternoon, which resulted in injuries to seven people.

The traffic accident occurred at the intersection of Kwok Shui Road and Cheung Wing Road in Kwai Chung at around 1pm. It involved a minibus and a sedan, and the collision led to minor injuries for seven individuals.

Emergency services were dispatched to the scene promptly after the incident was reported. The injured were transported to Yan Chai Hospital for medical treatment.

Following a preliminary investigation, police took the sedan driver into custody on suspicion of drunk driving and transported him to the police station for further inquiries.
