An investigation is underway after two toddlers were spotted climbing out of a window on Friday morning. One of them was seen walking along the window ledge while the other was sitting on an air conditioning unit.

Authorities received a report at around 10am that the two toddlers, aged between three to four, were spotted climbing out a window from a unit at Wong Lok House of Queen's Hill Estate.
Firefighters rushed to the scene and returned the two toddlers to safety.
Police officers also responded to the scene and managed to contact the toddlers’ parents to help with the investigation. It is understood they were later arrested for child neglect.
