Golden trumpets are now taking center stage at the Hong Kong International Airport after bursting into bloom along the Airport Golden Trumpet Trail, transforming the place into a sea of shimmering gold.

Over 200 golden trumpet trees have been planted along the Airport Golden Trumpet Trail, which opened on March 1. The trail is located near the HKIA Historical Garden along the Kwo Lo Wan Road.
This floral spectacle, featuring the bell-shaped golden flowers, commonly lasts only one to two weeks.
Here are some travel tips for those who wish to experience the stunning scenery firsthand!
- Take airport-bound “E” bus routes, get off at either the Cathay City or Cathay City (East) stop, then walk towards the HKIA Historical Garden along East Coast Road and Chun Kwan Road.
- Take the S56 bus route from Tung Chung MTR Station and get off at the Cathay City (East) stop; or the 901 minibus route and get off at the Scenic Road stop.
