This decision follows complaints from fans who, after purchasing tickets on February 10, received tickets for dates that did not coincide with the performance of the South Korean girl group NJZ.
The group, formerly known as NewJeans, is scheduled to make their debut performance in Hong Kong under their new name at the ComplexCon concert on March 23.
ComplexCon stated that as of February 13 (Thu), all fans who have made formal and verified inquiries to ComplexCon Hong Kong, Cityline, or the Consumer Council regarding priority bookings for February 10 and who hold valid tickets will be eligible for a refund.
Those planning to apply for a refund must send their valid tickets and the confirmation email issued by Cityline before 5 pm on February 16 (Sun) using the email account used to purchase the tickets at Cityline.
Once the application is completed and verified, the total face value of the purchased tickets will be directly refunded to the credit card account used for the purchase through Cityline. The refund does not include the handling fee charged by Cityline when purchasing the tickets, the spokesman added.
