The Sevens kicks off on March 28 with the first group match starting at 10.30am and the opening ceremony, fully supported by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, at 6.40pm.
Musical performances have always been a highlight of the Sevens, apart from rugby.
British independent rock band Kaiser Chiefs, originally formed in 1996, is among the leading lineups to rock the new stadium at 4.45pm on March 30, the last day of the tournament.
British DJ Pete Tong, also known as a global electronic music ambassador, will transform the stadium into the world's biggest disco at 6.35pm on March 29, when Italian musician GALA also performs.
GALA's setlist includes "Freed from Desire", which has become the theme song for several global sports events.
Spectators for the first-day competition on March 28 can enjoy the performance by one of the most famous local bands RubbeBand.
