Workers sit dangerously on Sham Shui Po roof demanding withheld wages

Three workers were observed sitting perilously on the roof of the Ming Chu Building in Sham Shui Po on Monday morning, protesting to demand their unpaid wages.

The individuals also displayed a banner with painted slogans as they demanded their salaries.

Firefighters were dispatched to the scene and ascended to the roof to engage with the workers and assess the situation.

Police officers are currently stationed on the ground floor, monitoring the situation.

Sources at the scene said police negotiators would be there to start negotiations.
