Police arrested three men associated with the triads between Monday and Tuesday after five motorbikes were reported stolen in Kwai Tsing over two consecutive days (January 10-11).

The arrestees, aged 32 to 43, were suspected of taking conveyance without authority, possession of offensive weapons, and committing vehicle crimes.
The investigation revealed that the trio stole motorbikes from public parking spaces located in the back alleys of buildings, where there is no CCTV coverage.
Police have retrieved three motorbikes and other stolen property. In one case, a stolen motorbike's license plate and a vehicle license were found on another motorcycle.
Furthermore, a cleaver, a can of chili oil, and three syringes filled with chili oil were discovered inside the trunk of one of the robbed motorbikes.
The cases are still under investigation, as police believe the suspects used the vehicles to commit other crimes, including criminal damage and violent incidents.
