A five-day Food Expo is returning from August 15 with a diverse array of global cuisine.
Organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the Expo will be coming with other fairs -- including Food Expo PRO, Hong Kong International Tea Fair, Home Delights Expo and Beauty & Wellness Expo -- to bring together over 1,800 exhibitors from 26 countries showcasing their delicacies and products.
Special thematic days such as “Delights Across Mainland China”, “Happy Friday”, “Japan & Korea Culture” will be organized during the Food Expo to appeal to the public's diverse tastes.
There will also be a Premium Food Zone and a Gourmet Zone to offer an extensive selection of renowned brands and delicacies from around the world.
Continuing a beloved tradition, On Kee Dry Seafood will present a limited amount of HK$1 abalone and the first nine early birds in line can attend a game to win 500 cans of abalone.
There are also a variety of limited quantities of HK$1 products offered by other exhibitors, including pate iberico, duck confit and Umeshu.
All five events will be held concurrently at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre starting next Thursday.
The Expos will run from 10 am to 10 pm from August 15 to 18, and from 10 am to 6 pm on August 19.
