The weather will be fine and very dry in the afternoon and tonight will be cold.
The weather watchdog noted that the weather will still be cold in the morning on Christmas and will be very dry during the day.
Citizens are advised to put on warm clothes, ensure adequate indoor ventilation, and avoid prolonged exposure to wintry winds.
