Applications for eResidence Tower 3 flats open to first time buyers tomorrow

The applications for 260 apartment units of eResidence Tower 3 in Hung Hom will open tomorrow (Wed) as the flats will be put up for sale at 22 percent off market prices, ranging between HK$4.08 million and HK$9.64 million. 

Applications will close at 7 pm on October 18. 

The project provides 125 one-room, 108 two-room and 27 three-room units for first time buyers. The saleable areas range from 303 square feet to 600 square feet, and the price per square feet from HK$12,885 to HK$16,499. 

The tower also comes with 18 residential parking spaces and other facilities including a club. 

The Urban Renewal Authority has earlier obtained government approval on the discount rate and the prices. 

The income for applicants applying for one-person unit must not be less than HK$31,001 and exceed HK$40,300. Their net wealth must also not exceed HK$956,000. 

As for family applicants, their total monthly income must range from HK$62,001 and HK$80,600. Their net wealth altogether must not exceed HK$1.911 million.
