JS Global Lifestyle to raise HK$1b in share placement

JS Global Lifestyle (1691) announced a placement of 109 million shares to its shareholder Easy Home at HK$14.12.

The placement price was 11.97 percent lower than the yesterday's closing price.

The shares were down over 10 percent in the morning trading session.

The company will raise HK$1.07 billion to pay debts and for use as general working capital.
