Mayor of Sri Lanka capital sacked from political party job

The mayor of Sri Lanka's capital, Colombo, Rosy Senanayake is among others who have been sacked from the working committee of the oppopsition political party she belongs to.

A member of the United National Party tweted the news, saying she was removed last night.
