SHKP releases list for Novo Land

Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) released the second price list to offer 117 units at Novo Land Phase 2A in Tuen Mun, with the average price per square foot at HK$13,896 after discounts, up by 4.5 percent from the last list.

The developer said that due to the positive response, they have scheduled a new round of sales for this Saturday, with 186 units available, of which 154 will be sold on price lists.

Henderson Land (0012) has named its project on Sai Yeung Choi Street North as "The Paddington" and intends to release the first price list, making approximately 100 units available this week.

The project comprises a total of two residential towers, offering a combined total of 492 units.

Yuexiu Property (0123) is set to pay HK$1.3 billion as a land premium for a Yau Tong industrial site, intended for conversion into residential use.

Additionally, New World Development (0017) estimates Hong Kong's construction supply chain market valuation near HK$400 billion, but citing cash flow issues as a significant market challenge.
