Kowloon offices snapped up

New World Development (0017) has sold 75 percent of its first Grade-A office tower in Kowloon West.

The 28-story commercial building in Cheung Sha Wan has been completed. About half of the floor area was bought by financial, insurance and tertiary institutions including Nanyang Commercial Bank, listed tech firm PC Partner Group (1263) and The University of Hong Kong School of Professional and Continuing Education.
